About the job
This opportunity concerns a function as an apprentice Bricklayer! You will be trained by an experienced mason who will teach you everything about the masonry profession. In the beginning your activities will be:- Handing materials such as tools and stones [to the mason];
- Making cement;
- Getting to know the tools of the trade;
- Clean up the materials used.
- Preparing the cement;
- Laying the bricks;
- Making calculations.
About the company
You work in a small company that is based in Sliedrecht, a city close to Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The company is focused on a mix of the old craft of a mason and the new construction techniques that are out in the market.You have it
- A completed education in the field of construction is a plus;
- Having your own car to travel to work is a plus;
- You speak English well.
You deserve it
Your salary and other conditions will be according to the collective labor agreement of the Bouw & Infra, which is the agreement for construction companies in the Netherlands:- Starting salary of € 438,- net per week excluding holiday allowance
- 45 days off on an annual basis and 8,33% holiday allowance
- Surcharge for overtime and availability
- Travel allowance
- Pension build-up via Intro EU-Staffing
- A chance to get permanent employment at the company
