About the job

As a Mechanic / Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing production equipment, automated handling systems and mechanical installations. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and technical faults, replacing components and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Working closely with the maintenance team, you will contribute to minimising downtime and improving system performance across the facility. Your daily tasks as a Maintenance Technician may include:

Preventive and corrective maintenance on production and handling equipment
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical breakdowns
Replacing and repairing mechanical components
Inspecting installations to ensure reliability and safety
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the operation

You have it

As a Maintenance Technician, you bring the skills and mindset needed to perform in a fast-paced logistics environment.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and installations.
Experience with PLC-controlled or automated logistics systems is an advantage.
A valid driving licence.
Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation and participate in on-call duties.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
