Why we need data

What personal data we collect from you

Intro may process the following personal data from you as a network member. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

· Name, address, email address, telephone number, bank and/or giro account number, and other contact details

· Date of birth, age, gender

· Curriculum vitae (CV), information on education, internships, and work experience

· Data on training and courses and/or tests that you have taken yourself or through us

· Nationality, Citizen Service Number (BSN), and data on your identity document (type, number, and validity period)

· The presence of an A1 declaration, residence permit, work permit, or notification

We also use cookies to collect data for personalizing content and measuring the effectiveness of our advertisements through Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Google Ads
For Google Ads, we have enabled Google Consent Mode V2. If marketing cookies are refused, only fully anonymized data will be sent to Google Ads. When marketing cookies are accepted, we measure which pages you visit on our website. We send this data to the Google Remarketing or Conversion Pixel. Meta
Additionally, we use cookies from social media networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter to enable social media integration on our website. When marketing cookies are accepted, we measure via the meta pixels which pages you visit and can measure from which advertisement you visit our website.

Browser fingerprinting
We also use retargeting pixels and browser fingerprinting on our website. With browser fingerprinting, no data is stored on the equipment you use to visit our website, but we do read information from your internet browser and send this information to our servers.
