About the job
As a full time Operator Brick Production you will work on the production of bricks. These bricks are destined for companies, government institutions, and private individuals. As a 2-shift Operator, you go home satisfied once the day’s production is complete. You feel proud: thanks to your work as a 2-shift Operator, these bricks roll off the line perfectly finished and ready to use! Your tasks as a 2-shift Brick Production Operator include:- Operating, setting, and monitoring production machinery;
- Identifying malfunctions and independently carrying out minor repairs on production equipment;
- Assisting the Technical Department during changeovers and/or maintenance activities;
- Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- One week: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 + Saturday from 07:00 to 13:00;
- The other week: Monday and Thursday from 13:00 to 22:00; Tuesday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 18:00. You are off on Friday that week.
About the company
You will be working at a brick factory located in the countryside near Haaften. Of course, hard work is part of the job, together with your colleagues from the production department. But there’s certainly also room for a friendly chat or a joke now and then. You’ll be working as a team member with 10 other operators.You have it
To start working as a full time Operator Brick Production, we expect you to have the following:- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system;
- You are interested in the technical sector or production;
- You have a car and driving licence B;

You hard work and talent as an Operator Brick Production should be rewarded. Therefore, you will receive the following:- Between €2.600 and €3.100 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience);
- 13.25% shift allowance and possible on-call duties;
- 24 vacation days + 6.5 additional (ADV) days;
- Single room accommodation;
- Full reimbursement of travel expenses;
- Pension accrual after 8 weeks of employment;
- Pension accrual according to the Stipp Plus scheme;
- Training and development opportunities;
- Prospect of a permanent contract!
