About the job
As an Operator in the bakery, you play a key role in the production of pies and pastries. You ensure that both the ingredients and the machines are perfectly prepared so the products meet the highest quality standards. Your main tasks include:- Preparing dough and fillings for various pies
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
- Monitoring safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Recording production data to maintain quality
- Supporting and guiding colleagues on the production line
- Early shift: 05:00 – 14:00
- Late shift: 14:00 – 23:00
About the company
This bakery in Tiel produces high‑quality pies and pastries with around 40 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal, and teamwork is key. As an Operator, you report to the Team Leader and are encouraged to contribute ideas to improve the production process.You have it
- Technical insight and experience operating machines
- Willingness to work in a two‑shift system
- You have experience as a Operator Production (preferably in food)
- You live within 30 km of Tiel
- You have your own housing in the region
- You can travel to Tiel independently

Hard work deserves great rewards. You can expect:- €3250 – €4500 gross p/m + allowance and holiday money (based on 38h and experience)
- 34% shift allowance for work before 06:00 and after 18:00
