About the job

As an Operator in the bakery, you play a key role in the production of pies and pastries. You ensure that both the ingredients and the machines are perfectly prepared so the products meet the highest quality standards. Your main tasks include:

Preparing dough and fillings for various pies
Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
Monitoring safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Recording production data to maintain quality
Supporting and guiding colleagues on the production line

You will work in a two-shift system:

Early shift: 05:00 – 14:00
Late shift: 14:00 – 23:00

Every Friday you finish two hours earlier.

About the company

This bakery in Tiel produces high‑quality pies and pastries with around 40 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal, and teamwork is key. As an Operator, you report to the Team Leader and are encouraged to contribute ideas to improve the production process.
