About the job

Important: Company housing (with private room) can be arranged, but candidates must already be living in the Netherlands and available for a personal intake interview. Every shift starts with the smell of freshly baked biscuits. As an Operator Packaging, you are responsible for ensuring that biscuits are packed correctly, efficiently, and according to quality standards. You work with modern packing machines and play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. Your tasks:

• Operating and monitoring packing machines.
• Setting up and adjusting machines when needed.
• Performing quality checks on products and packaging.
• Solving minor machine issues and reporting technical problems.
• Supplying packaging materials to the production line.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Following safety, hygiene, and food quality procedures (HACCP).
• Working in a 5-shift system.

You have it

To start working as an Operator Packaging, you need to have the following:

• The ability to personally attend the interview(s) in The Netherlands
• At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably within food production or process industries.
• The ability to work independently or in teams in a proactive and structured manner.
• Basic technical knowledge to solve minor errors.
• English speaking skills.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Willingness to learn the Dutch language (mandatory)

• Salary from €3,500.- to €4,250.- gross per month based on 36 hours, including shift allowance (based on experience)
