About the job
The smell of freshly baked bread is going through the building. As a production employee you are involved in making bread on daily basis, mainly for Belgium and in every kind or size. As a Machine Operator in a three shifts system, you and your colleagues ensure that the right quantities are produced and that the process is running smoothly. As an Operator, your duties include:- Weighing raw materials, preparing the dough control and the baking process plus guarantee of the quality.
- Solve minor malfunctions and call in technical service if necessary.
- You will work at their location in Roosendaal.
- You will work within a real family business with 2 locations in the Netherlands.
- The company has a cozy and informal atmosphere. For example, an annual BBQ is organized to which your family is also invited.

In this position we are looking for someone with a:- Proactive attitude and a responsible character
- Some experience in production or as a machine operator
- Stress resistant and always looking for the solution

Of course, hard work should also be well rewarded. In this position as Production worker Bakery your conditions are:- A salary between €2,100 / €2,700 gross per month based on a 38-hour working week based on age and experience (excl. 3-shift allowances).
- Housing with one person per room.
- Accomodation close to the job (within 5 kilometer)
- You will receive a net salary offer included accomodation and health insurance.
- 25 free days on yearly basis.
- 8.33% holiday allowance of your gross salary (yearly paid in May / June).
- €0.19 travel allowance per kilometer driven.
- Working with modern machines and a brand new production line.
- A fresh sandwich every day. So during your break you only have to bring your toppings.
- Access to the online learning platform of Intro Academy.
